Love the salad bar. Great food and good prices. They don't appear to like motorcycle's. I have been more than once.

Ate here last week with a friend, and enjoyed my meal very much. I ordered liver and onions and asked that it be cooked medium. It was done perfectly. 5 Stars.

Fabulous meal! My son lives here alone. We came up to visit him for the first time. He took us here because it's where he goes to get a great home cooked meal! From the pot roast to the stuffed lobster, everything was hot, fresh, and perfect!

Friendly staff and good old country comfort food. Love the waffles and pancakes which they call hot cakes. Excellent coffee and conversations

This place has the best food ever. Stop in for breakfast,lunch,dinner you will not be disappointed. Definitely worth what you pay for..

Waitstaff was nice, very attentive, salad bar was great, food sucked, instant potatoes, frozen steak, canned gravey, soups were frozen mush. Sorry to say what looked like a cute place was nothing more than a off-taste

A charming family style restaurant with wonderful service, fair prices, and delicious food! We had the stuffed haddock, seafood casserole, and lemon lust pie... all were delicious!

Off Shore has a nice salad bar... only one I know of in the area. The food is home cooking. Only had a not so good meal a couple of times but you have to know that NOT to order. They have great fried seafood, pot roast, turkey dinner and burgers our favorites. jThe fish chowder is good as is the French onion soup. We didn't care for Italian dishes or chicken Marsala but you might like it. We've had the Prime Rib and found it delicious and tender most times. If not so tender we take it home and make a steak sandwich. Things change so find what you like and enjoy a reasonably priced meal in this local friendly restaurant.The staff is friendly and helpful if you don't know what to order. Just ask. We've found it clean and every winter Phil closes to do the deep clean and/or remodeling. If you haven't been in a while, do yourself a favor and try it again. They are closed now but reopen Mar. 3rd(2020). I wish they would post this on this site so people know when it's closed

Stopped for breakfast and wanted blueberry pancakes when in Maine a must have. Well they were awful not fresh and resembled frozen pancakes. Wait staff friendly but over worked. Don’t stop here drive by.

Great haddock sandwich and stuffed mushrooms. Prices were reasonable.

Awesome spot. Got there at night,sat on the deck, bring a jacket. Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and polite. Stop out front on your way out and get some fudge or chocolate. It was delicious.

The fried clams were to die for! Great and friendly service.. such a nice little place.. we will definately come again !

Waitress was pleasant and attentive. Homefries were not tasty, they were bland. Poached eggs and hash was good.

It had a nice salad bar and the wait staff was very friendly. My seafood saute was a little over cooked but I would try again. Seemed like a place where the locals come.

Service was friendly and quick, but I was the only one there for a late lunch. Got a haddock sandwich. You expect a thick piece of fish, but it was a skinny little thing---didn't look fresh at all. I've had better from the Gordon's Fisherman, in the freezer section at the grocery.

Good service even though was busy and only two servers. Companion's stuffed shrimp were good. My eggplant parmesan was ok.

This is my favorite place to eat number one reason for that is it's the only restaurant around here with a very good salad bar

Love that they still have a salad bar! I had the seafood platter, it was not the best but it sure was good. Would reccomend trying!

Seafood platter is tiny. The food tastes amazing. But a tiny plate with 2 small chunks of fish and a half a handful of fries, some shrimp, scallops and a couple clams for $27 is a rip off. Waitress was awesome, but didn't know how to make a sex on the beach.

We tried to eat here but unfortunately we wait for 20 minutes and the waitress never took our drink or food order. When we arrived we were seated relatively quickly but as a party of four we were only offered 3 chairs. We waited as the owner and waitress walked past our table at least a dozen times. There was a party who was seated after us and their order was taken right after they sat down. After 20 minutes with two hungry children and being completely ignored we walked out. As we were leaving the two ladies looked at us very confused as if we were in the wrong. We were very disappointed because the people who actually got to order looked like they enjoyed their food. From our experience the staff was dismissive and awful.

The food was fantastic and the service was, too. The most friendly atmosphere we've come across on our visit to the area. Sreena made sure that I have everything I need for eating leftovers at our inn. We'll be back!

Great all around restaurant for any meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Don't let the outside appearance dissuade you, the food is excellent and staff is very friendly. Always a pleasant experience.

Love the food. Our server was not the best this time seems she was too busy waiting on customers that bought lobster dinners. Didn't even tell them to pull out the strip in the tail so the customers ate the poop line

The salad bar was good but the steak we had resembled Todd find at a low end steak house. It was loaded with fat and tasteless.During the entire meal, start to finish, the waitresses dissed coworkers. One waitress stuff behind us at another table and talked about her personal life for almost the entire meal. She didn't tend her tables well because she was distracted.

The food is very good, and there is an amazing salad bar. It is much less crowded than other restaurants in the area. The desserts are amazing!

Stopped for a late lunch. I ordered a hamburger and was pleasantly surprised that it was charcoal broiled. It was delicious! The server was really great too.

Outstanding! The salad bar was excellent with much variety. The baked stuffed haddock was better than good, and the homemade bread hot and tasty right out of the oven.

Went in when it was fairly busy, took over 20 minutes for us to get 2 glasses of water, one of which we didn't order. We ordered 2 milkshakes, a vanilla and chocolate. Not only did we have to wait an extra 20 minutes, the shakes were both room temperature and the chocolate one tasted like really old Hershey's syrup mixed with milk and ice. Wicked watery too. We decided to leave so we get the bill, almost 12 dollars for warm milkshakes and a disappointing experience. Not impressed.

It was very good. Very friendly.

Seafood was pretty decent. Waitress was pretty good but over worked. Kind of warm and humid inside and when we were ready to go there was a really long wait to get our check and then we had to wait more for somebody to cash the register out. And thw waitresses started bickering. Don't think we will go back even though the seafood was okay. Don't ever eat the coleslaw!!

There food is delicious and extraordinary amazing costumer service I recommend this place to any who likes to wake up early and go to a restaurant in the morning, or people who just like being friendly to everyone around them.

Stopped in here for grub and was as good as any. While in the area do stop in an enjoy!

This place is not too terribly pricey. The food is nothing super exciting persay---standard fare. They have a little bit for everyone. Seafood, burgers, sandwiches, steaks pasta..etc. I have never had anything bad here, but never had anything that made me crave this place either. They have a small salad bar with all of the toppings you would expect. The staff here have always been friend any time that I have been here, and it can get quite crowded on prime rib days, so their prime rib must be pretty decent but I have not had a chance to try it. Clam strips were good. Reuben was pretty good. Burgers not bad either.
